Big news coming from I4PL Certificates! The Master Certificate in Performance and Learning Competencies is now the Masters Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning offered in partnership with Schulich ExecEd.
Why the partnership?
The partnership between Schulich ExecEd and I4PL brings together two prominent names in the professional development and L&D domain. This collaboration is a golden opportunity for professionals to enhance their credentials by having Schulich and I4PL on their CVs and profiles.

What does this mean for new participants?
Everyone who completes the four required Masters Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning courses receives a co-branded Masters Certificate from Schulich ExecEd/York U and I4PL.
What does this mean for participants who've partially completed their MCPLC?
If you've completed some, but not all, of your MCPLC courses, you'll receive your Masters Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning from Schulich ExecEd/York U and I4PL, or you can choose to receive an MCPLC from I4PL (you can receive one or the other, but not both).
What if I've already paid for my courses through I4PL?
Your course registrations automatically shift to the new program. If you decide not to proceed, you can request a refund for course fees not already used.
Who is facilitating the courses?
Our expert team of facilitators, each subject matter experts for their course content, will continue to deliver their highly rated courses as part of the Master's Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning.
What about the digital learning courses offered by I4PL certificates?
All digital learning courses offered as part of the Master Certificate in Digital Learning (MCDL) will continue to be offered solely by I4PLCertificates.ca and are not part of our partnership with Schulich ExecEd.
